ARTICLE 1 - SELLER INFORMATION

ARTICLE 1.2 – BUYER
The person who is a member of the breakboyzz.com shopping website as a customer. The address and contact information provided during membership will be considered.
ARTICLE 2 - FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT SUBJECT TO SALE
The main features of the goods or services can be found at breakboyzz.com. You can review the basic features of the product during the campaign period.
The listed and advertised prices on the website are the sale prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of the specified period.
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit, sale price, payment method, and the details at the time the order is completed are specified.
ARTICLE 3 - GENERAL TERMS
3.1) The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the basic characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the product, and that they have provided electronic confirmation. By confirming this preliminary information electronically, the BUYER affirms that they have also received correct and complete information about the address, the basic features of the ordered products, their prices including taxes, and payment and delivery information, as required by the seller.
3.2) The product will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization indicated by the BUYER within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s location, not exceeding the legal 30-day period.
3.3) The SELLER is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by the shipping company during the product delivery phase.
3.4) The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in a complete and undamaged condition, as specified in the order, along with any warranty certificates and user manuals.
3.5) The SELLER may, before the expiration of their contractual obligations, inform the BUYER and, with explicit approval, supply an alternative product of equal quality and price.
3.6) If the product or service cannot be delivered due to force majeure or any other reason, the SELLER must notify the BUYER, and within 10 days, refund the total amount to the BUYER.
3.7) Confirmation of this Preliminary Information Form in the electronic environment is necessary for delivery. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is considered relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.
3.8) If unauthorized individuals use the BUYER's credit card after the product has been delivered and the bank or financial institution does not pay the SELLER for the product, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days of receipt. In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
3.9) If, due to force majeure or other extraordinary conditions such as weather interference or transport disruption, the product cannot be delivered on time, the SELLER must notify the BUYER. The BUYER may choose to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or postpone the delivery until the issue is resolved. If the order is canceled, the payment will be refunded within 10 days.
ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to them or the person/organization indicated, without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason (excluding concert and event tickets). In the case of service contracts, this period starts on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used once the service has begun with the BUYER’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period. The costs related to the withdrawal are the responsibility of the SELLER.
To use the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must send a written notification by registered mail, fax, or e-mail within 14 days and ensure the product is unused as per Article 5.
ARTICLE 5 - PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE WITHDRAWN
Products made according to the specific requests or personal needs of the BUYER, products with a risk of deterioration, or those with an expiration date, as well as opened audio or video recordings, software, and computer consumables cannot be returned, in accordance with regulations.
ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION DUE TO FAULT OF THE DEBTOR
If the BUYER is in default, they agree to pay the SELLER for any damages caused by delayed performance of the obligation. The BUYER is not required to compensate for any damages resulting from the SELLER’s fault.
ARTICLE 7 - COMPETENT COURT
In cases concerning this Preliminary Information, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the area where the product was purchased or where the BUYER resides are authorized, within the limits announced by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. The SELLER may file complaints within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry.
ARTICLE 8 - DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY
Please check the packaging for any damage before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage, do not sign any documents and ask the courier for a damage report before returning the package. New products will be sent to you promptly. If the damaged product is accepted, breakboyzz.com is not responsible for any damage or shortage in the contents of the package.
